This colorway was inspired by the golden yellow leaves on the birch trees during leaf peeping season in Vermont. Gleason is my grandmother's surname. When I saw the birch trees with the golden yellow leaves, I immediately thought of her. When I was a kid, she taught me about how the bark on birch trees would curl up when you put a log in the fire.

Birch trees always remind me of her.

All yarn is hand dyed in small batches, so there will be some slight color variations between skeins. It is therefore recommended to order enough yarn for your project at one time. You may also alternate skeins every two or three rows, but that is not necessary.
