RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I will gladly accept returns

• Must contact me within 3 days of delivery
• Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in it's original condition and unused

I do not offer exchanges

The following items cannot be returned or refunded

• Custom or personalized items
• Items on clearance or sale

I do not offer returns or refunds for the following reasons

• Change of mind
• The color is not exactly the same as displayed on your monitor or device
• Yarn joins.  I am not responsible for the number of yarn joins per skein.  The industry standard is up to 3 yarn joins per 100g skein.  Yarn joins are done at the mill, not by me, so I am not able to control that.  However, I choose mills that produce high quality yarn bases with as few yarn joins possible.  Zero in most cases.  Joins in the bases I use are rare.
• Damaged during shipping

I do my best to accurately capture the true color when photographing each item, especially hand dyed yarn, however there may be differences in the color based on your computer, monitor, or device you are using.  In addition to the photos I take I do my upmost best to accurately describe the color and other attributes of each item in the item description to better help you make a decision before purchasing

If an item is accepted for return or refund, you will be refunded the original purchase price only, not shipping.  You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you fail to contact me within 3 days of delivery or return within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately I cannot offer any refund and the sale is considered final.
